Fiber ɗin gilashi yana da kyawawan halaye kuma ana amfani da shi sosai a fannoni da yawa. Abu ne mai kama da ƙarfe wanda ba na halitta ba wanda zai iya maye gurbin ƙarfe. Saboda kyakkyawan damar ci gaba, manyan kamfanonin fiber ɗin gilashi suna mai da hankali kan bincike kan ingantaccen aiki da inganta tsarin fiber ɗin gilashi.
1 Ma'anar zaren gilashi

Halaye 2 na zare na gilashi
Wurin narkewar zaren gilashi shine 680℃, wurin tafasa shine 1000℃, kuma yawansa shine 2.4~2.7g/cm3. 3 Tsarin zaren gilashi

(2)Gilashin C, wanda kuma aka sani da gilashin alkali matsakaici. Tabarmar zare da aka yanka ta fiberglass
(3)Gilashin fiber mai ƙarfi,Kamar yadda sunan ya nuna, zare mai ƙarfi na gilashi yana da halaye na ƙarfi mai yawa da kuma babban modulus. Ƙarfin ƙarfinsa na fiber shine 2800MPa, wanda ya fi kusan kashi 25% na zare mai gilashi mara alkali, kuma zare mai laushi shine 86000MPa, wanda ya fi na zare mai gilashi na E-glass girma. 4 Shiri na zare na gilashi
